Strawberry & Chia Scuffins
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Raw Earth
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- ½ cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
- Combine wet ingredients and whisk until smooth
- Sift over the dry ingredients.
- Stir with a spatula until just combined.
- Dollop into a greased and lined muffin tray
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a skewer inserted, comes out clean.
- Stand on a wire rack until cool
