Vanilla Crepes with Almond Butter
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbs Raw Earth
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • almond butter, for spreading

Method

  1. Whisk together ingredients. Stand for 30 mins – 1 hour.
  2. Ladle in ¼ of the batter onto a greased frying pan, turning the pan to cover entirely. Cook on medium low until matte and edges begin to crisp.
  3. Flip and cook for 30 seconds on the other side.
  4. Spread with almond butter and enjoy!

Serves 2-4   –   Prep: 35 Minutes   –   Cook: 10 Minutes
