Irish Soda Bread Ingredients 1 cup buttermilk 2 ½ cups SR flour, plus extra 2 tbs Raw Earth 1 tsp bicarb soda 30g butter, chilled and cubed ½ cup rolled oats, plus extra Method Combine the flour, soda, and raw earth. Place in a food processor with the cubed butter and process until it forms coarse breadcrumbs. Place in a mixing bowl. Add the oats. Pour in the buttermilk and bring together using a butter knife. Adding a little extra flour, lightly knead. Form into a flat ball and then slice a deep cross in the top of the bread. Place onna lightly floured baking tray. Sprinkle with extra oats and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown Serves 6-8   -   Prep: 15 Minutes   -   Cook: 30 Minutes
