Morning Matcha Oats

Kick start your day with this superfood oat packed with health benefits from Matcha e.g. immunity, metabolism, energy, vitamins & minerals
Ingredients (makes 1 bowl):
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder (start with 1 tsp to see how intense you like)
  • 1 cup almond/soy/oat milk
  • 1 tsp Raw Earth
Method:
  1. Bring everything except matcha powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
  3. Turn off the heat and stir in matcha powder. Serve with more toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: goji berries, cookie & cream cookies, cacao muesli, hemp seeds, berry-flavoured probiotic powder and yoghurt)
