Kiwi Smoothie

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 mins 

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder/or 1 green tea bag
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 tbs Raw Earth
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds, plus extra

Method

  1. Combine the matcha or green tea with water and pour into an ice block mould. Freeze.
  2. Combine the ice blocks in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
