Recipe by: Candy @nourishandflourishsyd Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake Servings: 1 Ingredients: 6 tbsp almond meal 1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder 3/4 tbsp Raw Earth 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp non-dairy milk of choice (I used almond milk) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Chocolate chips Method: Grease a ramekin or mug with oil Combine together all the ingredients then microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds or until the edges look set. It will firm up as it cools. Top with desired toppings e.g. berries and powdered sugar. Enjoy!

Recipe by @nourishandflourishsyd Ingredients (1 serving) 1/2 medium onion 1 clove garlic Oil for skillet 1 cup cooked beans of your choice 1 cup baby spinach 1 cup canned tomatoes 1 tbsp coconut amino or 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp Raw Earth Pinch of salt & pepper to taste Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and onion and fry until fragrant and slightly brown. Add in beans and cook for another 5 mins Stir in canned tomatoes and let boil Add in coconut amino, sweetener and salt and pepper. Add baby spinach and cook until just wilted. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese crumbles Protein+ Cheddar Cheese Crumbles 1 tbsp unflavoured protein 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground turmeric 2 tbsp warm water Simple mix together all the ingredients to form

Recipe by @nourishandflourishsyd Kick start your day with this superfood oat packed with health benefits from Matcha e.g. immunity, metabolism, energy, vitamins & minerals Ingredients (makes 1 bowl): 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp matcha powder (start with 1 tsp to see how intense you like) 1 cup almond/soy/oat milk 1 tsp Raw Earth Method: Bring everything except matcha powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently, and cook until desired consistency. Turn off the heat and stir in matcha powder. Serve with more toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: goji berries, cookie & cream cookies, cacao muesli, hemp seeds, berry-flavoured probiotic powder and yoghurt)
